This Mega Man figure originates from CAPCOM’s Battle Network series but is based on the anime series Mega Man: NT Warrior. Mega Man has quite a few joint of articulation in this figure by Mattel. Each arm can bend with each wrist having a swivel allowing you to rotate them. The same goes for his legs. His head and waist can also rotate by a swivel.

This figure had quite a large range of play value. Included was his signature Mega Buster that shoots a projectile along with an extra hand and a sword. In the show and in the games Mega Man is able to change the weapons on his arms using special items called Battle Chips, so this toy really does a great job at emulating the shows gimmick. They even included a Battle Chip in the package that worked with the Mega Man PET toy.
