Samus Aran from the Metroid series. This figure specifically is her Other M rendition which actually simplifies her much cooler designs from the past games.
Nonetheless, Figma has created a great Samus figure with lots of possibility allowing you to put her in pretty much any kind of cool space bounty hunter poses. 
Her armor does tend to restrict some of her movement such as her head which can only turn so much until it hits one of her massive shoulder pads. 

Figma’s are known for their great posable figures this figure is no exception. Right out of the box you get a stand to display her with and lots of projectile pieces that connect to her arm cannon. What’s also great is that her Morph Ball is also included. With all this stuff included she’s most definitely the most perfect Samus figure so far.
